Optech's CMS Cavity Monitoring System is the ideal
scanning solution for dangerous and inaccessible
cavities. With wireless control using the included
Netpad handheld computer and an extendable boom system,
the CMS can go deeper and farther than other scanning
solutions, all while maintaining operator safety. The
unit is fully programmable, allowing the user to define
scan parameters including elevation step, azimuth step
and scan limits.
CMS provides efficient and accurate measurements of
voids and cavities in underground mines. It can be
inserted through boreholes as narrow as 25 cm (10
inches).
